Nortora is not directed to children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent, in accordance with applicable law. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without such consent, or from a minor under 18 using the platform without required supervision, we will promptly delete the information and may suspend or terminate the account. Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child has accessed Nortora in violation of this policy are encouraged to contact us at [email protected].

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Nortora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

In no event shall our total liability exceed the greater of (a) $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations, so some of these disclaimers may not apply to you.
